Laser demo! new 100 mw blu-ray 408 nm laser pointer from ” http://www.tw-usa.com/ ” and is powered by a rechargeable CR2 battery. It comes with a 1 year warantee, rechargeable Cr2 and charger for the CR2, the price is $200 but is worth it in my opinion. the green laser is 5 mw and comes from china costing $7 on ebay, it works really well surprisingly enough. next experiment is removing the IR filter, OC mirror, KTP, and expanding lens and hopefully turnign a cheap 5 mw green laser into a 40+ mw IR laser for only 8$! enough to burn stuff lol, Other thoughts swapping out the 808 nm laser from the ebay laser with a 150 mw 790 mw diode form a cd burner ” possible homebrew 125 mw green laser for about 20$ ” A bit of wishful thinking and both project will be taped ^_^

Wicked Lasers “Advanced” laser igniting two matches
This is a video of my Wicked Lasers “Advanced” (Executive Series) laser igniting two matches. It is not powerful enough to ignite matches on its own, so I had to use a convex lens.
Please excuse the quality of the video. Since I currently do not have a digital camcorder, I had to resort to my Logitech Pro 4000 webcam.
